What data formats do you support?
We support URLs (web scraping), PDF, TXT, Markdown, CSV, DOCX files, and plain text. Each document is automatically parsed, chunked, and embedded using our RAG pipeline.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes! With BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), you can use your OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI keys. Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never stored in plaintext.
How does the credit system work?
Each message costs 1 credit. Free plans include 100 credits/month. Pro plans include 10,000. Credits reset monthly. You can also buy add-on packs anytime.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use Row-Level Security on every database table, tenant-isolated Pinecone namespaces, and all API keys are AES-256 encrypted. Each workspace is completely isolated.
